Welcome to Image Restore AI! By using our software, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. License Grant
Neuralmoon grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Image Restore AI for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement. Each license allows installation and activation on up to five (5) seats (users) simultaneously. Device management functionality is included to help you manage activations.
2. Restrictions
You may not:

Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the software.

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

Use the software on more than five (5) seat simultaneously under a single license. Additional licenses must be purchased for more simultaneous users.
3. Open Source Components
Image Restore AI includes third-party open-source components, each governed by its own license terms. A complete list of these components and their respective licenses can be found in the full license agreement. For components licensed under the LGPL or MPL 2.0, you may modify them for your own use. Neuralmoon will provide the source code for these components upon written request.
4. Warranty and Liability
The software is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. Neuralmoon shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the software and cease all use.
6. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all software purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
To request a refund, please contact Neuralmoon with your purchase details. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
The software can be downloaded and evaluated with limited functionality (image exporting disabled) before purchase. We encourage users to take advantage of this to ensure the software meets their needs.
8. Data Collection and Usage
By installing or using Image Restore AI, you acknowledge and agree that the software will collect certain information from your device for license validation purposes. This includes:

User Name: The name associated with the user account on your operating system.

Computer Name: The name assigned to your device within your operating system.

Motherboard Vendor: The manufacturer of your motherboard.

Motherboard Model: The model number of your motherboard.

Motherboard Serial Number: The serial number of your motherboard.
macOS:

User Name: The name associated with the user account on your operating system.

Computer Name: The name assigned to your device within your operating system.

Hardware ID: The unique identifier of your device on macOS.
This information is collected solely for the purpose of validating your software license, associating the product key with your hardware, and preventing unauthorized use of the software. The collected data is securely stored and used only as required for license verification. Neuralmoon does not share, sell, or distribute this data to third parties, except as required by law. Data will be retained only as long as necessary to enforce licensing terms and ensure compliance.
By using the software, you consent to the collection, use, and retention of this data as outlined above. If you do not agree to this data collection, you must discontinue the use of the software and uninstall it from your device.
